Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CFA Team App (the "App"), an internal leadership web application operated by BR Sanctuaries LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is private and intended only for authorized team members.
Eligibility & Accounts
- The App is available only to authorized Chick-fil-A team members and leaders associated with BR Sanctuaries LLC.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for legitimate, work-related purposes. You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of company policy.
- Share confidential team, employee, or business information outside of authorized use.
Text Messaging (SMS)
The App may offer optional SMS/text notifications. Enrollment is voluntary and requires your express opt-in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to deliver the notifications you opted into. We will never share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Content & Data
Records you create or are assigned within the App (such as training, evaluations, walkthroughs, check-ins, and support tickets) belong to Chick-fil-A Joplin and are used to operate its internal leadership program. You should not store personal or non-work-related information in the App, and you must not input unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content.
Intellectual Property
The App and all of its software, design, and underlying technology are owned by BR Sanctuaries LLC and are provided to Chick-fil-A Joplin under license for internal use only. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the App for your work; no other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it.
Availability
We work to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including when your employment or authorization ends, or if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BR Sanctuaries LLC and its members and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of BR Sanctuaries LLC for any and all claims relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BR Sanctuaries LLC and its members and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or any law, your unauthorized access to data, or content you submit through the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
