This Privacy Policy explains how BR Sanctuaries LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the CFA Team App (the "App"), an internal leadership web application used by our Chick-fil-A team members and leaders. The App is private and access is limited to authorized team members.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the App for our team:
- Account & profile information — name, work email, job position/role, and assigned store location.
- Contact information — mobile phone number, when you choose to provide it for notifications.
- Operational data — training progress, evaluations, walkthroughs, check-ins, support tickets, and similar leadership records you create or are assigned within the App.
- Authentication data — sign-in credentials and session tokens used to keep your account secure (including Google sign-in, if you use it).
How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App's leadership and training features.
- To authenticate users and keep accounts and records secure.
- To send operational notifications you have opted into (see Text Messaging below), such as check-in reminders and completion alerts.
- To improve and maintain the reliability of the App.
Text Messaging (SMS)
BR Sanctuaries LLC offers SMS/text notifications to team members (for example: training, evaluation, and check-in notifications, and alerts when a walkthrough or assigned list is completed). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information (including opt-in/consent for SMS) will ever be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we may share for any purpose.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the App — for example, with service providers who host our application and infrastructure (such as our backend and email/SMS delivery providers), and only to the extent necessary to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared or sold to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information. Access to the App is restricted to authorized team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
- Account: you may request that we update or remove your information by contacting us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for our team members and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
